We offer an initial appraisal free of charge and without obligation. At this meeting we will discuss how we get paid.

We do not normally charge a fee as we are usually paid by the lender. However, you have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. If you choose this option, we estimate that the fee will be 1% of the advance. On a £100,000 loan this fee would be £1,000.

Our continued success is based on the simple principles of providing sound advice. If you would like to make an appointment with one of our advisers, whether it is to discuss re-mortgaging your current home or whether you are looking to purchase a new one, please contact us on 01823 259888.

A 'mortgage' is a loan secured against your home. 'Secured' means that if you do not keep up the payments, the lender can sell your home to get its money back. Remember: Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. 1st Financial Group Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (www.fsa.gov.uk/register).
