We offer an initial consulation free of charge and without obligation. This meeting can be at our office or if more convenient at your home.

There are 2 ways in which we can be remunerated:

• No fee
• 1% of the mortgage loan

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We do not normally charge a fee as we are usually paid by the lender. However, you have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. If you choose this option, we estimate that the fee will be 1% of the advance. On a £100,000 loan this fee would be £1,000.
